Liberti Breathwork Event: October 3rd 7-9 pm at Sacred Treehouse in Boca Raton. Give yourself a gift and step into this healing space as we experience the power of Liberti Breathwork led by Salvatore Liberti. This technique is designed to reset and strengthen the nervous system, release stuck emotions, energy and induce altered states of consciousness. We will dive into a warm up practice, guided meditation and visualization, leading to the somatic breathwork experience. Finishing with heart-opening songs and a Palo Santo energy cleansing. *No Experience Required* This journey is recommended for those in good health.
