Begin Anew ~ January Day-Long Retreats (virtual and in-person)
January 4th or January 17th @ 9:30 am -2:30 pm EST
Start the new year with intention at the Begin Anew Retreat Day, offered in-person at Sacred Treehouse Studio or virtually via Zoom.
This hybrid retreat, led by Trish Magyari, combines the transformative practices of mindfulness and self-compassion with guided reflections to help you step into the year with clarity and balance. All mindfulness practitioners are welcome, especially MBSR, MBCT and MSC graduates, as well as, those having attended other mindfulness classes or retreats.
Enjoy a restorative blend of formal and informal practice after the holiday season and jumpstart your meditation practice in the new year. Come reap the benefits of a daylong retreat in the supportive community of like-minded others and explore your intentions for the year ahead. A 60-day mindfulness membership is included to support you prior and following the retreat day.
